  • The architects were also keen that the restaurant be connected both spatially and architecturally with the foyer and auditorium at the heart of the building and used glass to assist this.
  • Developed to a BREEAM Excellent rating, the development won the 2015 RIBA London Award for sustainability.

A frameless glass façade that effectively utilised the space and provided an aesthetically pleasing solution embracing the RFH position on the river with it’s views and community.

  • Frameless glass that provides and uninterrupted view ensuring the feeling of space remains.
  • Concealed mechanisms to provide a sleek, clean and modern look that aligned with the rest of the refurbishment.

The doors allow access to the building by wheelchair, thereby helping to ensure compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act and its requirement for equal access for everyone.
